For those that would like to be off site or do not book in time on site before they sell out we have booked a hotel that has been kind enough to give us an AMAZING price for the rooms for the weekend with one contingency…we MUST pay in advance for the entire hotel (which has already been completed).
The hotel is: The Days Inn and is located only 2.6 miles from the campgrounds and we will have a shuttle going back and forth to help with transportation as we will have several beers on tap for FREE!

31 King Size rooms (pictures below) $55+tax per night
There is a 75% chance they will also come with fold out couches but no promises if they will be delivered in time as of now
they all have a a comfy chair in them, TV, Fridge and Microwave.

63 Double bed rooms. (pictures below) $59.99+tax per night
2 Double Beds, TV, Fridge and Microwave.

The rooms are already prepaid so if you would like one of these rooms for the weekend you will need to contact me personally with the name of the person paying for the room, the number of nights and then we will explain how to make payment. The hotel will show “BOOKED OUT” for that weekend if you call because we have already paid for them so you will be paying the chapter directly for these rooms. There are 4 hotels on this same street but we are asking PLEASE book with us FIRST before reaching out to one of the 3 other hotels so that we aren’t left holding the bill so to speak.
We negotiated what we think is an AMAZING price for these rooms and they all come with a full free breakfast each morning. As you can see from the pictures this is not a 4-star Hilton but we feel it is defiantly a great room for the price we negotiated with them.

We have some AMAZING stuff planned for this weekend from entertainment to competitions that the state of Georgia is putting together and not to mention FREE beer! I will continue to funnel information down to you all through your SR but if you have any questions you are welcome to text or email me anytime. Keep an eye out we will be sending PRE-Registration forms out in the next month.

Make sure you pack your Outdoor Chairs as most everything (meeting also) will be outside. We will have about 200 Foldable chairs on site. Golf carts are welcome. We will have a bouncy house and a playground available for kids and a pool (for the kids) if the weather permits.

Looking forward to getting this ball rolling and showing our Hosts how quickly we can book these places up…If you have any questions, concerns or recommendations please don’t hesitate to email me directly. cvmabunny@yahoo.com
